I started reading after I read "The Da Vinci Code", I liked reading the book so much that I started reading other novels also and slowly started liking reading. I am currently reading a very good book "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" penned down by J K Rowling. The questions that are important to this discussion include what constitutes a new moon. Such as does it have to be sighted by two or more witnesses, do they have to be local or can they be in other parts of the hemisphere or the world.

These are important questions that reach to the Scripture and the history of the new moon sightings in Israel. We know that Messiah during the second temple period kept the feasts in Jerusalem at the temple. What was the calendar like at that time and how can we follow Messiah in perfect worship of Yahweh.
